Episode 3

Ben Wake: The one with the Zero and the Oh!

In this week's "How Do You Say That?!", Mark and Sam are joined by voiceover Ben Wake, to attempt a bunch of different reads with a corporate script and an IVR/Telephony script. There's also a surprising teeny-tiny character in the wildcard section, another burning vo question, and someone drops an F bomb!

The scripts we looked at are below… and we’d love to hear YOUR take on them – send your read on an mp3 to podcast@britishvoiceover.co.uk and we’ll pick one to showcase in future episodes.

Script 1

For the past couple of years, the entire world was forced to adapt.

At Banking Card we did just that. We used our minds, resources and teamwork to keep our

business thriving, but also to give back to the communities in which we operate.

A force for good.

We gave support to those who needed it most.

We continued to pursue our sustainability goals.

To minimise our impact on the planet by developing innovations that regenerate natural

resources and reduce carbon footprints.

Helping to create a world that is more socially just, financially inclusive, environmentally conscious, and technologically balanced.

Script 2
