Episode 9
Rick Scott: The one with the Creosote Arse!
In this week's "How Do You Say That?!" Rik Scott, the station voice of Greatest Hits Radio, joins Sam and Mark to talk about station imaging, finding your inner motivation, channelling Mary Poppins, and why it's good to sit on the fence sometimes. Plus - do you like a line read - or absolutely hate them? We'll discuss the pros and cons.
We’d love you to join in and send us your version of one of the reads in today’s show – just pop it onto an mp3 and send it to podcast@britishvoiceover.co.uk
Script 1
The average American child spends two and a half hours a day listening to music.
That’s nearly as much time as they spend in class each school year.
And they’re typically listening alone. On headphones.
So, if kids spend almost as much time listening to music as they do listening to their teachers, it raises the question:
Are rock stars educating your children?
