About our guest:

Jacky Davis trained as an actor at Guildford School of Acting & worked in London and regional Rep Theatres as well as UK and International tours. Her favourite credits include Secret Diary of Adrian Mole, Merchant of Venice, Blithe Spirit & Canterbury Tales. TV/Film: Thirteenth Tale with Olivia Colman (BBC2), 3 series for Channel 4’s Get Up, Stand Up and Jonathan Miller’s Beggar’s Opera (BBC2).

Jacky was a CBBC Playdays presenter in the 90s. Her radio career began with the BBC World Service & Schools Radio Rep, which developed into voicing for all genres. Her pro recording studio was set up in 2002 and Kidztalk was created!

She now voices and directs radio, TV, animations. Recent work includes being voice director on ‘Chuggington’ for CBeebies and playing ‘Vee’; a series of 20 programmes for the British Council, and she’s the current voice of the Hello Fresh TV ad’s, BP Pulse and 3 Business Mobile radio.
